STATION INSTRUCTIONS
1 BASIC GROUND BALL REPS
Fungo 1 hits to 3B. Field and throw to catch-in.
After each rep, the fielder becomes catch-in
beside Fungo 1.
2 BACKHAND + CHANGE DIRECTION
Fungo 1 hits to the SS backhand side.
Field, change direction, plant and throw
to a screen at 1B or 2B.
3 OUTFIELD GROUND BALL TO HOME
Fungo 2 hits a ground ball to RF.
Field and throw home to a receiver
from Group 4.
4 SOFT GROUNDER TO HOME
Start shallow, about 1/3 up the 1B line.
Fungo 2 hits a soft grounder. Throw home
on the run, then become the home receiver.
5 ROUTINE POP-UP
Fungo 3 hits from the LF foul line.
CF faces the foul line, catches the pop-up
and places the ball in the empty bucket.
6 DROP STEP + ROUTES
Fungo 3 throws from the LF foul line.
LF starts facing the foul line, then works
a drop step and route to the ball
